A superb very lightly mounted original gum example. Watermark Crowns. Type 9 Specimen overprint. Fine colour, impression and centering. Seldom seen these days so fine. Comes with a 1988 PFSA (Philatelic Federation of South Africa) certificate. Would say scarcer then ones without the specimen overprint as fewer were produced. Any queries then please just ask.
